Free Tools for You: Three Workbooks to Help You Stay Ahead

This summer, our team put together something we think will genuinely help our clients — three free, downloadable workbooks designed to take the guesswork out of financial planning. Whether you’re running a small business or just trying to get a handle on your own finances before year-end, these tools walk you through the process step by step.

 Cash Flow Planning Workbook
For business owners, cash flow is everything. This workbook helps you track what’s coming in, what’s going out, and where the gaps might be before they become a problem. It’s designed to give you a clear, simple picture of your business’s financial health at a glance.

Mid-Year Tax Check-In Workbook
Think of this as a financial pulse check. It’s built to help you pause halfway through the year, see where you actually stand against your goals, and make adjustments before small issues turn into big ones by December.

Bookkeeping Clean Up Workbook
Staying organized is one of the easiest ways to save yourself stress (and money) come tax season. This workbook gives you a simple framework for keeping your records, receipts, and expenses in order all year long, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Why We Built These

We know that not every business has a full finance team, and not every individual wants to hire a CPA just to answer a quick question. These workbooks are our way of giving clients and community members practical, easy-to-use tools they can work through on their own time.

Get Your Copies Today!

All three workbooks are available now and completely free to download from our website, just click on the titles and you’ll be able to download a copy. Whether you’re a business owner tracking cash flow or an individual getting ahead on your 2026 tax position, we hope these tools help you head into year-end feeling more prepared, not more stressed.

As always, reach out to your service team at Accavallo & Company LLC with any questions!
